Many of us are struggling in this rapidly changing world. Sometimes all we need to get back on track is a little extra help from someone who cares to get us going back in the right direction.
My name is Nancy Turner and I an a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been looking forward to bringing my help and expertise in the field of mental health to our lovely community of Fountain Hills since I moved here in 2021. My care specialties include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and I have been helping tailor individual care plans since 2014.

What can I expect my first visit?
First appointments usually run from 60-90 minutes. That gives us time to ask questions and determine if Turnaround Mental Health is the right decision for you.
How often are follow-up appointments scheduled?
That is completely individualized depending on your needs. This typically ranges from a couple of weeks to every 2-3 months.
What is our cancellation policy?
I do require a 24 hour notice for missed appointments. A nominal fee will be charged if less time is given. Thank you for understanding.
What type of insurance do you take?
We typically take all types of commercial insurance, as well as most Medicare plans. Unfortunately we are not able to accept Medicaid at this time.
What should I bring with me to my first appointment?
It is appreciated if you bring any previous important information from previous health care providers and a current medication list.
Can I book a counseling session online?
Unfortunately we are not set up yet to do that but please call us and a prompt response can be expected!
